Business Development Manager – Advertising Sales

OK… this is a sales position and we can call it a variety of titles, but this job can be very lucrative, rewarding and fun.  It requires tenacity, creativity and the ability to build relationships.  You should have some sales experience, be very proficient at Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), have good attention to detail but be ready to figure out how you will differentiate yourself from a flock of 100 other people clamoring for the attention of that decision maker at each of your accounts.  This job will require cold calling, prospecting and selling ideas.  But our advertising program really works and we have a ton of tools to help you show advertisers how you can help them reach consumers and sell more product in the store. Pleasant persistence and the drive to be super successful are must-have qualities.  We will help you get acclimated to this position and top management is there to provide support to help you succeed.  This job is based in Princeton, NJ and you will report to the CEO.  We offer a compensation package that is at the top of the pay scale among companies in our space which includes a base salary and generous commission plan – and we offer benefits including health and 401k.

Business Development Manager – Music Services

The person in this role will work with new and existing clients for our business music services.  You will be presenting our capabilities to a variety of retail clients such as major grocery, drug and mass merchandiser chains along with business categories such as quick-service restaurants, banks, clothing retailers and hotels.  This is mostly done at the corporate level — with some limited local sales efforts.  Anywhere that music provides an improved retail atmosphere provides an opportunity for us to deliver our services.  Pleasant persistence along with detail-driven sales skills will be required to become successful.  Some experience in business-to-business sales and development of RFP responses would be very helpful.  We will help you get acclimated to this position and top management is there to provide support to help you succeed.  This job is based in Princeton, NJ and you will report to the General Manager – Operations.  We offer a compensation package that includes a base salary commensurate with experience and bonus plan based upon success – and we offer benefits including health and 401k.

Executive Vice President – Advertising Sales / Chief Revenue Officer

The person in this role will work with our existing sales team and also be responsible for growing our team.  You must have a proven track record of motivating a sales team and delivering upon established goals and targets.  The sales team is split between an in-house team in Princeton, NJ and a group of seasoned, remote salespeople.  Experience with CPG and HBC brands along with ad agencies is a must.   Pleasant persistence is our key to success and you may have to do some of the “heavy lifting” in sales presentations along with training and recruiting.   Knowledge of SalesForce is important.  Top management will always be there to provide support to help you and the sales team succeed.  This job is based in Princeton, NJ and you will report to the CEO.  We offer a compensation package that includes a base salary commensurate with experience and bonus plan based upon overall sales team success – and we offer benefits including health and 401k.
